Located in Rayssac, La Maison De Germaine offers you a comfortable 120 m² holiday home for up to 6 guests. You will have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom for your comfort. The fully equipped private kitchen lets you prepare meals as you wish. Additional amenities include private air conditioning in all living areas, reversible air conditioning in shared spaces, a wood stove in the living room, a private TV, and a private washing machine. Enjoy the uncovered private terrace to relax or dine outdoors. A private barbecue is available for your grilling needs during your stay. Street parking is available for your convenience. Please note that events are allowed on the property, giving you the flexibility to host gatherings or celebrations. Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests; the accommodation must be left clean and undamaged. Otherwise, a cleaning package is available for an extra fee.

The Gîte: Renovated former farmhouse of 140 m², located near the Tarn Valley in the Monts d'Alban. Given the current economic climate and rising fuel prices, a fuel voucher is provided to help make your stay easier. The gîte features a 12 m² above-ground pool, children's play area, pétanque court, large covered terrace with string lights, garden furniture, and a ping-pong table. For birthdays or family meals, catering service is available for complete meals, spit roasts, or take-away, either on-site or to go, available for an extra charge. Set in the countryside and surrounded by nature, you can enjoy mountain biking, hiking, or fishing. With no overlooking neighbors, it's ideal for families or friends to relax and recharge. You can also visit local Tarn sites, including the UNESCO-listed episcopal city of Albi. The gîte offers Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen (3-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), a table for 10, a 30 m² living room with TV, game console, and music. Two bathrooms with showers, three sinks, two separate toilets, washing machine, dryer, iron, and central heating. The property must be left clean: empty bins, empty dishwasher, tidy up, and remove sheets from beds. Towel and bed linen rental available on request. Weekend stays of 2 nights possible. There are sheep and chickens on the farm.
